These terms apply to everyone who uses Templounch, including buyers and sellers of digital products who convert their earnings through our service.

2. Our service

Templounch converts Whop Dollars into USDT on the TRC20, BEP20 or ERC20 networks. We verify the Whop balance attached to the username you provide and send the corresponding USDT amount to the wallet address you specify.

Conversion requests are typically completed within 5 to 10 minutes, though verification of large or unusual requests may take longer.

3. Buying and selling digital products

Templounch may list and promote digital products — trading groups, sports picks, software, communities and courses. Product descriptions and claims belong to their sellers; Templounch is not responsible for the content, quality or results of any third-party product.

Sellers are solely responsible for delivering what they advertise and for complying with the rules of any platform their earnings originate from, including Whop's own terms of service.

4. Fees, rates and payments

The standard conversion rate is displayed on the homepage calculator and confirmed before you submit a request. The minimum conversion is 10 Whop Dollars. There are no hidden fees — the USDT amount shown at submission is the amount that is sent.

All blockchain transfers are irreversible. It is your responsibility to provide a correct wallet address and to choose a network your wallet supports. Templounch cannot recover funds sent to an incorrect address supplied by you.

5. Your obligations

You may only convert funds that are lawfully yours and that you have the right to withdraw. You must provide accurate information, including a valid Whop username and a wallet address under your control.

You may not use Templounch for money laundering, fraud, sanctions evasion, or any activity prohibited by applicable law or by the networks we operate on.

6. Rejected requests

We may reject a conversion request if the Whop balance cannot be verified, if the request appears fraudulent, or if it violates these terms. Rejected requests never move your funds — your Whop balance remains untouched, and we will explain the reason for the rejection.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Templounch's liability for any claim relating to a conversion is limited to the Whop Dollar amount of the affected request. We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect information you provide or by events beyond our reasonable control.
