1. Data we collect

When you submit a conversion request we collect your Whop username, the requested amounts, the receiving USDT wallet address and the chosen network. When you contact support we collect your name, email address and message.

If you create an account, we also store your account email and the payout history attached to it. We never ask for — and never store — Whop passwords, wallet private keys or seed phrases.

2. How we use your data

We use the information above solely to verify your Whop balance, send your USDT payout, keep your payout history, and respond to support requests. Transaction details let us track request status and resolve payout questions quickly.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Data is shared with third parties only where it is required to process a payout (for example, blockchain infrastructure) or where the law requires it.

3. How your data is protected

All requests are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access restricted to the team members who process payouts. Wallet addresses are used to send funds and are never exposed publicly.

On-chain transfers are public by nature — a network explorer can show that a transaction occurred, but it cannot link it to your identity.

4. How long we keep data

Conversion requests and their transaction details are retained for as long as needed to provide the service and meet accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your account-level data at any time; transaction records that must be kept for legal reasons cannot be deleted, but they will never be used for any other purpose.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time by contacting support. We respond to privacy requests within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and highlight the change. Using Templounch after an update means you accept the revised policy.
